Total Quality is a description of the culture, attitude and organization of a company organization that strives to provide customers with products and services that satisfy their needs. This course focuses on the principles, models, tools and techniques, advantages of TQM. The course also focuses on the ISO Standards and specifications.
This subject provides students with the knowledge to understand the philosophy and core values of Total Quality Management (TQM), determine the voice of the customer and the impact of quality on economic performance and long-term business success of an organization and apply and evaluate best practices for the attainment of total quality.
